WG5 amplifies the Action's overall impact by coordinating training, outreach, and communications for fostering a broad and inclusive community of contributors.

• Designs training schools, bootcamps, and mentoring programmes.
• Coordinates outreach and communication assets for internal and public audiences.
• Supports inclusiveness target countries and early-career researchers with tailored resources.
