Two pathways to contribute to MLQC4FC

The COST Action thrives on a vibrant network of scientists, engineers, and innovators. Whether you represent a COST member country or participate as an individual expert, there is a place for you in our Machine Learning and Quantum Computing initiative.

1. Management Committee Member

The Management Committee (MC) brings together up to two delegates from each COST country to steer the Action.

  • Shape the strategic roadmap and deliverables of the Action.
  • Vote on budgets, events, and working group priorities.
  • Represent your national community within the European network.
How to join as MC member

Contact your COST National Coordinator (CNC) and request nomination to the MLQC4FC Action (CA24146). For further information check the COST Action's page.

2. Working Group Contributor

Working Groups (WGs) are open to researchers, students, and industry partners interested in hands-on collaboration.

  • Collaborate in focused task forces on ML, QC, software, and outreach.
  • Participate in meetings, training schools, and other events.
  • Co-author papers, software tools, and benchmark datasets.
How to join a Working Group

Check the Working Groups of your interest and apply through the dedicated link in the COST Action's page or directly here (requires an e-COST profile).

What you gain by joining

  • Access to a Europe-wide network of collider physicists, ML experts, and quantum computing pioneers.
  • Eligibility for COST-funded missions, workshops, and training events.
  • Early insight into MLQC4FC deliverables and opportunities to co-lead new initiatives.
  • Visibility for your research through joint publications, demos, and conference sessions.
