Managing reimbursements for meetings, STSMs, and training schools.
Supporting dissemination, communication, and procurement events.
Maintaining official records and liaising with the Grant Holder Scientific Representative.

Managing finances and compliance

The Grant Holder Institution manages the Action’s finances, contractual obligations, and reporting to the COST Association. It supports Working Groups, the Core Group, and the MC with procurement, reimbursements, and compliance.

Grant Holder institution: Fondazione Alma Mater (FAM), the foundation of the University of Bologna, providing administrative services for international research projects.
