  • Review WG progress reports and grant awarding decisions.
  • Encourage cross-WG collaboration through plenary updates.

  • Approve new WG applications.
  • Monitor milestones and prepare decisions.
  • Address operational issues quickly.
  • Coordinate with Grant Holder Team on logistics.
